Provider outreach sequence

  1. 1. Community firstPost in the market's Facebook group and WhatsApp groups the morning it opens. Link straight to the registration page.
  2. 2. Direct messageMessage 20 known businesses per market with the registration link and one line: your listing publishes today, free while the platform opens.
  3. 3. Call scriptThree sentences: what the platform is, that listing is free now, and that you will register them on the call if they have two minutes.
  4. 4. WhatsApp follow-upSend the registration link with a screenshot of their market live on the rollout board. Screenshots outconvert paragraphs.
  5. 5. Field sign-upWhere a market has a town centre, sit with a phone and complete registrations on the spot, including the mBoB number.
  6. 6. Referral askEvery provider you onboard is asked for two other businesses in the same category. Pay nothing, ask plainly.
  7. 7. Second-touch reviewSeven days later, check the listing is complete: photo, description, prices, payment number. Empty listings do not convert.

Before day one

  • Reserve the handle on every platform before the first post, even if a page stays empty for a week.
  • Write the first seven days of posts before day one so the daily cadence never breaks.
  • Set every bio to point at one link: the registration page.
  • Pin the rollout board post to the top of every profile.
  • Keep one shared asset folder for the daily market cards so any team member can post.
  • Reply to every comment for the first thirty days. Early reach comes from conversation, not reach settings.
  • Track one number only during the rollout: registrations per market per day.
